Assessment of the ENEC Departments that participated in the Baraka Excellence Award, which included Excellent Department Award and other sub-awards such as distinguished department in customer service, distinguished department in community responsibility and sustainability. The project included the planning and implementation of assessment of these departments according to the criteria of the award; it lasted for one month during which many field interviews were carried out and documents and evidences were reviewed. The project ended with a detailed assessment report for each department and applicant showing strengths and areas for improvement. The results of the assessment were presented to an external jury and reviewed in accordance with jury’s observations.
