In this project, IDMC fought with the municipality first experience in U.A.E. to apply the European model sustainability model for sustainable building on the 5 main criteria: management, dealers, employees, society and the environment/owners/partners, the project includes building and applying many sustainability policies and frameworks and mechanisms in accordance with the global reference comparisons, institutional assessment is also a model of sustainability, and ongoing training and workshops on sustainability, and finally the comprehensive external evaluation in which global sustainability certification for the municipality of EFQM European Foundation for quality.
