Ramallah- 18 March 2017. IDMC signed  agreement with Abu Zahra Co. for General Trading (Jerusalem) to provide it with administrative development counseling services. The expert team of IDMC will assist Abu Zahra Co. to build organizational structure and human resources system, also, any related procedures, policies and systems. Furthermore, IDMC staff will help the company to develop the required skills and methodologies. The project will be implemented within four months; this involves conduction series of meetings, workshops and building systems based on international criteria.
