Ramallah- 26 March 2017 , Dr. Amjed Ghanim an international excellence expert, implement a training course about "Validator Training Course." The course focused on the participants' understanding and ownership of the skills that enable them to plan and manage improvement  projects in order to achieve excellence, the stages of the process and the role of the validator. Based on the results of the course, the participants will be awarded an international certificate recognized as an international project validator  by the European Foundation for Quality Management EFQM Brussels.
