The objective of this project is developing the quality management system (ISO9001: 2008) to obtain the certificate of ISO9001: 2008 and to develop the procedures and systems in Hebron Electricity Company through holding meetings and work programs which included a number of work teams that included managers, heads of departments and staff, Of the practical cases for the application of the standard, where the concepts of quality were reinforced through the work procedures that have been defined and applied, as well as the objectives and quality indicators that have been identified in the fields of workers and customers. Al-Nokhba Management Consulting Company has successfully implemented the ISO9001: 2008 system, which resulted in Hebron Electricity Company obtaining ISO9001: 2008 certification.
