Developing the system of policies and processes for all areas of core business and support processes using the good practice of local and global governments and international standards, such as fourth-generation model, government laws and regulations, as well as standards such as ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO31000, ISO22301, ISO14000, ISO45000, and OSHAD system. The project also included a series of training courses in support of the implementation of these policies and procedures.
