Assisting Sharjah Social Empowerment Foundation, concerned of orphans’ affairs and their families, to build its strategic plan for the years 2017-2021; project included strategic analysis of the organization using known practices in strategic planning such as SWOT analysis, PESTEL analysis, and stakeholders’ analysis; project also included preparing methodologies for strategic planning and organizational performance management. Accordingly, we assisted in building Foundation’s vision, mission, values, strategic objectives, key indicators, and strategic initiatives, which were all presented, discussed and updated in full cooperation with management and employees. The outputs of the project led to strategic analysis report, strategic framework (vision, mission, values, priorities), Foundation strategy including objectives, KPI, and initiatives. Strategy was cascaded down to department level to ease implementation. Project also included awareness and training in the area of strategic planning and managing performance.
