The objective of this project was to work on preparing a strategic plan for management based on the strategy of the Ministry of Local Government. It included workshops for the management staff at the center and the directorates, dealing with the mechanisms and methodologies of strategic planning, Accordingly, the elite prepared the initial version of the strategic plan, which was discussed at an expanded meeting attended by the staff of the department and the staff of the ministry. It adopted the strategic plan for the administration, which also contained an implementation plan.
