Training program in the fundamentals of innovation for the Integrated Transport Center in Al Ain City Over two days of interactive exercises with the participants. The program aimed to enable participants to achieve a comprehensive understanding of innovation and key innovation projects within their organizations. The program also explained how to develop employees' ability to see innovation as a strategic tool to enhance the importance of growth in their organization and develop their ability to strategically guide and lead their organization in identifying and pursuing a particular path of innovation.
