The objective of this project was supervising the preparation and assessment of participants applications for the internal award for excellence (Rabdan excellence Award – Individuals Category), where the mission included providing awareness about the award criteria, enabling the participants to write and review their submission documents, as well as conducting the assessment, preparing the feedback reports for each participant and determining the list of winners in each category among the participating groups. The project included also a training program that covers submission documents preparation for excellence awards, which aimed to enable participants to understand the requirements and the necessary skills to prepare a clear, high-quality submission document that reflects the highest level of excellence. The project was concluded with another successful training program “basics of innovation”, where the aim was to enable participants to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the innovation strategy, innovation projects and providing participants with basic concepts and tools for formulating and leading new innovations that enhance the growth inside the department.
