This project included the task of analyzing surveys to measure the Happiness (Satisfaction) level of Abu Dhabi Fund for Development’s Stakeholders for the year 2020, namely; customers, employees, community, partners, and suppliers. Where the task included data processing and analysis using specialized statistical software such as SPSS and Ms Excel, and then extracting results and preparing detailed reports showing strengths, opportunities for improvement, and suggested recommendations for each of the stakeholders who participated in the survey.
